West Head: Rock Engraving, Bay Views and Wild Swimming
From Ange, on her first day hike with Diamonds
“What a wonderful day spent hiking with an incredible group of women. From the moment we set off, the conversation flowed easily, stories were shared, laughter came often, and there was that beautiful sense of camaraderie that makes the kilometres pass almost unnoticed. It was so special to spend time in nature together, all guided so thoughtfully by our amazing leaders, Michele and Clare. I am already looking forward to the next adventure.
The scenery along the way was simply stunning. We moved through landscapes rich with Aboriginal rock engravings, discovered a waterfall, admired wildflowers, and cooled off in secluded waterholes along the track. A steep climb challenged the legs, but the reward was unforgettable, with sweeping views across southern Pittwater, Lovett Bay, Scotland Island, and Bayview.”
