Royal National Park Hike n Kayak, 20th January, 2019

Our DIAMOND ‘Hike and Kayak’ DAY is a beginner friendly, full day of adventure that will have you exploring rarely seen parts of the Royal National Park.

Our day begins with an 11km flat-water kayak (in double sit-on-top kayaks) on the picturesque Hacking River from historic Audley to the coastal village of Bundeena. We’ll finish with a swim at Bonnie Vale beach. After a picnic lunch we will head out for an afternoon hike to some of the iconic features of the RNP, including Jibbon Beach, Jibbon Head aboriginal rock carvings, and Wedding Cake Rock. Whatever your experience, fitness level or confidence this day adventure has something for everyone. 

Rainforest Canyon, 24th February, 2019

Our DIAMOND ’Rainforest Canyon’ DAY is an action packed, full day, beginner friendly experience.

It is located approximately an hour south of Sydney in one of Australia’s most southerly stands of subtropical rainforest and endangered warm temperate rainforest.

The highlights of this canyon are a great variety of rock slides, big rock jumps and waterfall abseils. Whatever your experience, fitness level or confidence this canyon has something for everyone.

The Rainforest Canyon finishes at a picturesque waterfall and rock pool, perfect for swimming.

Megalong Valley Weekend Adventure, 23/24th March, 2019

This historic 2 day walk along the best sections of the 6 Foot Track, begins in Katoomba, Blue Mountains. Your fun weekend of trekking, swimming and adventure will immerse you in a challenging walk with varying levels of terrain, beautiful scenery and yet the comfort of staying in a lodge overnight with meals provided. A good level of fitness is recquired and you will need to carry an 8kg day pack on steep terrain. This weekend is an excellent introduction to multi-day trekking.

Lower Blue Mountains, Sassafras Gully Full Day Hike JUNE 2nd, 2019

Jatbula Trail 8 days/ 62km 

June 15th, 2019 

This is a moderately challenging trek (6 days trekking), FULL pack, through the Nitmiluk National Park. The Jatbula Trail takes us up onto the Arnhem Land Escarpment, through shady monsoon forests, past spectacular waterfalls and their crystal-clear swimming pools and introduces us to stunning Jawoyn Aboriginal rock art sites. We camp in some of the most amazing wilderness country in Australia.

Kangaroo Island Wilderness Trail – with Adelaide Coastrek 

10 days September 13th-22nd 2019  

This is a self-guided/supported walking holiday to a truly unique island environment. Together we will explore this island of towering cliffs of limestone and coagulated magma, storm-blasted coastal scrub and massive arcs of bone white beach.

The next part of this trip is going over to the Fluerieu Peninsula for 3 days to participate in Adelaide Coastrek on Sept 20 (optional)- and having some time to explore the area.

MT SOLITARY DIAMOND DAY HIKE, Sunday October 27th, 2019

This stunning full day hike in the Blue Mountains begins with an exciting dawn descent of the Golden Stairs. You will be rewarded for your early rise, as you experience the sounds of the bush awakening and summit the rocky Ruined Castle with spectacular views over the Jamison Valley. A breakfast cuppa and snack will fuel you for the undulating trail that leads to Mt Solitary.

The steep climb up Mt Solitary will have us working together as we rock scramble up the Korrowall Knife Edge, finishing at Melville’s Lookout with stunning views, south towards Cedar Valley. Here we’ll take time to enjoy this special location and relax over a scrumptious lunch.

Mount Field Tassie Escape

This 4-day adventure long weekend has the perfect mix of moderately challenging hiking and kayaking experiences as well as time to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery, food and wines that South-West Tasmania has to offer.

Together we’ll search for Platypus on the River Derwent, hike the iconic Roadway Range and Tarn Shelf circuit in the Mount Field National Park and kayak on stunning Lake Pedder, exploring it’s hidden coves and beaches. You will be immersed in unique wilderness areas of South-West Tasmania and at the end of each action-packed day return to comfortable lodge accommodation to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner and glass of wine.
