Diamond Trek Training
Being well prepared mentally and physically is the best path to experiencing a safe and enjoyable adventure in the outdoors. Our training does just that and we will motivate and support you from day one. Our women love training with other like-minded women, developing lasting friendships, exploring new areas and getting out for their regular dose of fresh-air, nature and exercise, away from the stresses of everyday living.
We offer a range of flexible training packages for our 2hr Diamond Trek Training Sessions. These include casual sessions, an 8-session pack, a 3 month unlimited sessions pack and a 6 month unlimited sessions pack. There are 8 training sessions each week to choose from in various locations and on different days and times. We have a special ‘Back on Track’ session every Friday designed for women who want an introductory level session with a focus on building their adventure fitness in a gentler way.
Our sessions are led by fully qualified University educated female Personal Trainers with extensive experience in the outdoors, remote area first aid qualifications and a keen sense of what women need and want. Sessions generally involve a mix of endurance hiking with packs, bush and beach trails, interval training on hills and stairs, rock scrambling, targeted core and strength exercises and yoga-like stretching in stunning natural locations. Every session has an education component where you will learn the tips and tricks of succeeding in the outdoors.

SINGLE session (2hr) - $40.00 ($20 per hour)
8x2hr Session Pack - valid for 3 months $300 ($18.75 per hour)
3 month Unlimited (2hr) Sessions - $55 per week (paid fortnightly) ($13.75 per hour based on an average of 2 sessions per week)
6 Month Unlimited (2hr) Sessions - $50 per week (paid fortnightly) ($12.50 per hour based on an average of 2 sessions per week)
